May 16th, 2009. Houston Leones was defeated by their coequal Dallas Tornados 0-3 this passed Saturday. In a game filled of misfortunes and mistakes of the defense line.

The game started equal the first 15 minutes but after that  the visiting team start getting more possesion of the ball and more control in the game. There were some shots of both teams but was Dallas who hit first when after a long ball from the Dallas keeper and a mistake of the defense let the Dallas player shot and scored the first for the visitors. And before the first time ended, unfortunately Houston score an owngoal.

In the second half, Houston came out with everything to score and tie the game. However, the misfortune appeared again when with a floated ball  from Jad (Houston #17) over the keeper, hitting the pitch and bouncing over the goal in the last minute. Houston had another opportunity to score when Cox (Houston #14) in a 1-1 shot, but the keeper reacting to stop the shot at the last minute.

Finally, five minute to finish the game, Dallas scored the third after a bunch of rebounces in the penalty area of the Houston Leones.

Now, Houston will be facing Laredo and Rio Grande next weekend May 22nd and 23 as visitor. GO LEONES!!!
